Welcome to the tenth episode of STEM Professionals Chat where we bring to you the journey of Dr. Rima Dey, who has a doctorate degree in Engineering Sciences from CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory, and currently works as a Confident Personality Coach, wherein she is on a mission to help people radiate confidence through their appearance, communication, and etiquette. She has conducted several pieces of training, for students, professionals, and corporates in a short span of time and has also conducted several individual consultations. About Dr. Rima Dey
Dr. Rima Dey is an engineer by training and her professional experience spans over a decade in the research and development industry, where she has served companies in the capacity of a scientist, researcher, and engineer. The companies that she has had the opportunity to work with were Apollo Tyres, General Electric, and CSIR-National Metallurgical Laboratory. After a long time in the research sector, she realized communication is her real passion and thus, she started the second innings of her career journey as a Confident Personality Coach, wherein she helps people radiate confidence through their appearance, communication, and etiquette. She is a certified Image consultant from U.S conselle institute of image management. Rima believes that true growth happens through constantly making the unfamiliar familiar.
